Can I Marry A GODDESS in Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town?

I am taking up one heck of a challenge - it was late 2019 when I learned that in Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral town, you could romance the Harvest Goddess. I know there's probably a pretty even split of people who are shocked someone didn't already know this, and then another split of folks saying "... I'm sorry, what?"

If your neurons were activated like mine were ("activated", verb. Platonic.), then I welcome you to indulge in my journey as I try to win over the heart of this divine lady!

Keep in mind a fair amount of this journey is already done, so from time to time based on interest - I'll just spin back around to this topic to keep expounding on my journey. Although there was a lapse on my end, make no mistake - this savefile I'm picking at is now 5 years old.

I'm playing this savefile on native hardware, meaning everything is at native x1 speed; there's no emulation shenanigans, no cheats or GameShark, and only the degree of savescumming a native cartridge copy of FoMT allows. All screenshots are taken of a Gameboy Player connected to my GameCube and captured from a standard OBS setup!
